This provides us with easy access to documents and staff, which facilitates the resolution of issues involving these agencies, whether the issue is related to land use changes, irrigation of crops and vineyards, appropriative and riparian water rights, dams and reservoirs, California Environmental Quality Act documentation, habitat modification, mitigation measures, land sales, or water transfers.
